Overview of Retirement Calculators

While working, we’re focused on accumulating wealth for retirement but may not have an idea of the amount that will be needed to meet our retirement goals. This amount and how it will be withdrawn and spent will have a major impact on our retirement lives and goals. Retirement calculators are tools that can help identify these financial requirements and options for how its decumulation can be accomplished. There are many retirement calculators. They come in many forms, operate on many platforms and differ widely in ease of use, complexity and precision. This presentation will provide a quick overview of a few of these calculators, their different attributes and features

She manages customer support, education and services to help people prepare for financial independence and make smarter choices for retirement. She also works with partners and the community to broaden the reach of financial education. She has a B.A. in psychology from the University of Michigan, an M.S. in human-computer interaction from DePaul University and a certificate of financial planning from Northwestern University.
