Richard Hill, after a career in the US military, spent the last 36 years honing his expertise in one thing – helping professionals transition into retirement and designing a plan to help them stay there. He founded Compass Financial Group in 2010 with a desire to provide comprehensive planning for retirees and those preparing to retire. This focus allowed him to develop a deep knowledge of things, such as tax reduction strategies, healthcare planning, social security optimization and retirement income strategies He operates nationwide but is headquartered in Raleigh-Durham.
